5.4 will bring the Healer Legendary cloak, where healers can upgrade their Cranewing Cloak to Jina-Kang, Kindness of Chi-Ji. If you have upgraded your non-legendary cloak to 608 ilvl, your new cloak will retain that ilvl, however this could change.
The healer cloak has an on-equip proc.
The cloak has been adjusted on the PTR, as some classes with higher overheals were benefitting from the proc more (such as Resto Druids & Resto Shamans) and others that saw the proc seldom happen (such as Disc Priests) have seen buffs to the RRPM rate.
List of RRPM for each healing class (will be updated as it changes).
Resto Druids: 0.43 procs per minute
Mistweave Monks: 0.43 procs per minute
Holy Paladins: 0.59 procs per minute
Holy Priests: 0.54 procs per minute
Disc Priests: 0.76 procs per minute
Resto Shamans: 0.38 procs per minute
Your cloak healing will show up on in-game healing meters and on World of Logs as “Spirit of Chi-Ji”

How to upgrade your cloak to the new legendary cloak:
- A Timeless Discovery
Simply travel to Timeless Isle, you will need to fly there, as you will not have a flight point there until you speak to the flight master once on the isle. It is located off the South East corner of Jade Forest. - Secrets of the Timeless Isle
Collect 5000 timeless coins (found on your currency tab) which drop from creatures, are found in chests, and are also from quest rewards. Can be done concurrently with The Emperor’s Way. - The Emperor’s Way
This is perhaps the most difficult part. They need a fair amount of players to complete (20+ depending on ilvl). The four Celestials are faction tapped, and unfortunately, the opposite faction (or trolls from your own faction) will try and get aggro from outside the arena to cause the boss to reset. There will likely be groups on OpenRaid.us doing this, and they also have a chance to drop tier once per week. - A Pandaren Legend
Once again you have to listen to Wrathion blah blah some more. Then he tells you to meet him at the Seat of Knowledge above Mogu’shan Palace in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms where he will reward you with Timeless Essence of the Black Dragonflight, which you can then use to turn your Cranewing Cloak into the legendary Jina-Kang, Kindness of Chi-Ji
Note: If you took the non-spirit cloak, you will need to purchase the spirit cloak before upgrading to obtain the cloak with the healer proc. It can be purchased for 8,000 gold. This of course could change when the patch goes live.
The Cloak Effect
The new cloak has a glowing golden wing effect, with fiery feathers fluttering down a few times.
While in combat, the effect is timed with the actual healing proc. However, while not in combat, the proc will occur randomly.
The effect looks the same regardless of healing class.
