This is the BIS trinket for many healers this tier. Seems to do 2-4% of overall healing.
This is the only trinket this tier that will scale with spellpower.
This trinket was hotfixed on March 12, 2013 to increase activation chance by 5%, so when looking at trinket data from theorycrafting and logs, be sure you are looking at it post-hotfix.
This trinket was also hotfixed on March 30, 2013 to increase Infinite Power generation.
Due to the hotfixes, ensure you are looking at data/logs/theorycrafting from April 2013 or later.
