Soothing Talisman of the Shado-Pan Assault
Like most VP trinkets, this trinket is an on-use trinket, however you can easily bind it to one of your healing spells to proc it on CD (especially if you have something you use on CD, such as Mana Tide or Barrier).
The one downside to this trinket is that the value of the on-use will vary depending on the boss fight length, so popping it early, even when you are only down the proc value in mana, would be a net mana gain when using it on CD after.
This does not cause any CD issues with mana potions.
