Guardian of Ancient Kings CD reduced to 3 mins from 5

A nice unexpected change for Holy Pallies has made its way to the PTR.  Guardian of Ancient Kings has finally had its CD reduced from 5 minutes to 3 minutes.

This falls in line a lot more closely with many of the other healers whose main abilities are all on a three minute CD.
