General Nazgrim Detailed Strategy Guide (incl Heroic) for Healers
General Nazgrim is the eighth boss in Siege of Orgrimmar.
War Song will inflict 50% maximum health as damage, so you want to make sure every raid member is above 50% health when it goes out.
Heroic Mode
War Song inflicts 65% of maximum health, so you will need to CD through it.
Bonecracker does much more damage on heroic, so healers should have it on their raid frames so they can keep a closer eye on them for healing. It is easy to lose someone from bonecracker.
Execute is an attack on the tank that inflicts 3,000,000 physical damage, which “pierces immunities and cannot be dodged, blocked or parried.” Brewmasters shuffle mitigates it, as does Prot Paladins with Shield of the Righteous and Druids with Survival Instincts. External CDs can also be used, such as Ironbark and Cocoon.
